More photos of the Xbox One Special Edition Covert Forces Wireless Controller

Amazon has listed more photos of the upcoming Xbox One Special Edition Covert Forces Wireless Controller. If you are interested, you can preorder the new design of the official gamepad for Microsoft’s current-gen console with this link. Find the new photos of the product below this paragraph.

As you can see, the packaging revealed that you can now use a headset that requires the 3.5mm stereo jack on the new Xbox One Wireless Controller without the need of an adapter. Microsoft will also let users adjust the microphone monitoring along with the audio for the chat, game and headset volume. Last but not least, the bumpers have been improved while wireless firmware updates for the gamepad has been enabled.

Amazon has a listed release date set for July 16th for the Xbox One Special Edition Covert Forces Wireless Controller. On the same day, Microsoft will also be releasing a new Xbox One system bundle that comes with the new gamepad along with a 1TB HDD and Halo: The Master Chief Collection.

Of course, July 16th is also when the show floor is opened at E3 2015. Microsoft is expected to have a big show with Forza Motorsport 6, Halo 5: Guardians and, potentially, Scalebound along with other game showcases.
