Thrustmaster Releases T150, TX Leather Edition, and Ferrari 599XX EVO Alcantara Edition Wheels

Thrustmaster expanded its racing wheel lineup with the release of three new products in North America: the T150 Force Feedback wheel, the TX Racing Wheel Leather Edition, and the Ferrari 599XX EVO Wheel Add-On Alcantara Edition.

Thrustmaster VG T150 Force Feedback Wheel

The Thrustmaster VG T150 is designed for PlayStation and PC racers. The wheel is officially compatible with the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3, and it also supports PC gaming. A key feature of the T150 is its 1080-degree force feedback base. This allows for three full rotations of the wheel, aiming to deliver a more realistic and immersive driving simulation experience by mimicking the range of motion found in real-world vehicles. The force feedback mechanism provides resistance and vibration effects to simulate road texture, tire slip, and impacts.

The T150 package includes an adjustable pedal set, allowing users to configure the angle and spacing to suit their preferences. This model serves as an entry point into force feedback wheels for players on Sony’s consoles and PC.

Thrustmaster VG TX Racing Wheel Leather Edition

For Xbox One and PC users, Thrustmaster released the VG TX Racing Wheel Leather Edition. This premium package bundles several components into a single set. The core of the system is the TX Servo Base, which powers the force feedback effects. Attached to the base is the TM Leather 28 GT, an 11-inch detachable wheel wrapped in hand-stitched leather for enhanced comfort and grip during long racing sessions.

Completing the bundle is the T3PA 3-pedal pedal set, which includes accelerator, brake, and clutch pedals. The all-metal construction of the pedals and their internal structure is designed for durability. The detachable nature of the wheel means it can be swapped with other compatible add-on wheels from the Thrustmaster ecosystem.

Ferrari 599XX EVO Wheel Add-On Alcantara Edition

The third product is not a complete racing wheel but an add-on rim: the VG Ferrari 599XX EVO Wheel Add-On Alcantara Edition. This is an 8:10 scale replica of the wheel from the Ferrari 599XX EVO, officially licensed by Ferrari. The wheel is wrapped in genuine Alcantara, the same material used in actual Ferrari cars, imported from Italy.

This add-on is designed for users who already own a compatible Thrustmaster base. It can be attached to any Thrustmaster wheel set that supports detachable wheels. The compatible models listed at the time of release include the T500 RS, T300 RS, T300 Ferrari GTE, Ferrari F1 Integral T500, and the TX Racing Wheel Ferrari 458 Italia Edition. This allows existing Thrustmaster owners to upgrade their setup with a premium, specialized rim.
