The exact download size has been revealed for the Xbox One version of Final Fantasy XV: Episode Duscae. The listing from the official Xbox Store revealed that the playable demo requires 6.29 GB of free space on the hard disk drive of the console.
For the uninformed, you will get a code to download Final Fantasy XV: Episode Duscae from either a Collector’s Edition or Day One Edition of the upcoming Final Fantasy Type-0 HD. If you haven’t already, you can preorder the HD remastered release of Final Fantasy Type-0 with this Amazon link.
While you can’t swap the internal 500 GB HDD that came with the Xbox One with another one, you can still use an external hard drive. The Collective Minds 2.5-Inch Hard Drive Enclosure, which can be purchased here, will also allow you to use an internal drive.
Final Fantasy Type-0 HD is coming out on the 17th of March for the Xbox One as well as the PS4. The final version of Final Fantasy XV does not have a concrete release date. With that said, Square Enix has been talking a lot about the mainline installment recently. Along with the release of the playable demo, it appears that the project could be nearing completion.
