First details listed for the official Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain strategy guides

Amazon has listed two versions of the official strategy guide for Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain. You can check out both on the online retailer’s website with the following links: Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain: The Complete Official Guide Collector’s Edition and Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain: The Complete Official Guide. Find the covers below this paragraph.

Both versions are designed to provide a spoiler-free, 100 percent walkthrough to help players complete all the main campaign missions, get all Achievements/Trophies in addition to finding all the collectibles and other secrets. Along with the texts, Piggyback will also use maps and screenshots to help readers get through the massive game.

Also included is a comprehensive look at all the features and systems, such as maintaining Mother Base, from Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain. Last but not least, the listing also mentioned that there will be plenty of extras, including a poster containing the map of the game and a recap of the story.

The Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain: The Complete Official Guide Collector’s Edition also has several exclusives not found in the regular release. The extras include a hardcover, art gallery, lithograph designed by Yoji Shinkawa and more.

Piggyback developed the guide by directly working with the development team, Kojima Productions, on site in Tokyo. The book was designed by the same team that worked on the guides for the previous installments of the series: Metal Gear Solid, Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty, Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater, Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots and Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance. So it should be in excellent hands.

Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain: The Complete Official Guide Collector’s Edition will have 400 pages, 32 more when compared to Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain: The Complete Official Guide. Both versions are coming out on the same day as the videogame, which will be on the first day of September in North America.
