2K has made some clarifications over the WWE 2K15 season pass. Paige, who was previously confirmed to be exclusive to the season pass, will not be available on the first day. Instead, the company is still working on the playable character and is planning to release her as soon as possible:
#WWE2K15 fact: Paige will not be available via the Season Pass on Day 1, but we’re working to get her to you ASAP afterwards. (1/2)

2K also clarified that the season pass won’t be upgradeable from the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 to the Xbox One and PlayStation 4:
@Abdulla_azmi87 The Season Pass will not carry over from Xbox 360/PS3 to Xbox One/PS4

A skeptical fan would then question the company’s plans for the season pass, asking why all of the downloadable content did not come with the initial costs of buying the videogame. 2K replied by stating that DLC shows that they are willing to support the WWE 2K15 post launch:
@ObiWanKenobi69 This demonstrates that we’re committed to support the game post launch. We’re working on this stuff right now. (1/2)

Another fan also wanted the company to confirm whether or not the WCW Pack, NXT Arrival and New Moves Pack are included in the Showcase Season Pass. The company confirmed that those DLC aren’t part of the bundle, explaining that they wanted to keep the season pass affordable:
@mrstealyopuntos correct. Those are not included in the Showcase Season Pass. We wanted to make our DLC affordable & this was the best way.
