Sony has officially confirmed that Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection is in development for the PlayStation 4. If you are interested, you can preorder the compilation of games from the action-adventure series with this link on Amazon. You can find the box art of the product with the image below this paragraph. As you can see above, the cover makes it clear that the collection only comes with the single-player campaigns of Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves and Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception. Thus, the online multiplayer features from the second and third mainline releases won’t be included. Not to mention that the handheld game, Uncharted: Golden Abyss, will stay exclusive to the PlayStation Vita.
With that said, all three games will be remastered with native 1080p resolution along with 60 frames per second gameplay. The product will also include a multiplayer beta invite for Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End.
Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection will be released in the North American region on the 9th of October. The ports are being handled by Bluepoint Games, the company responsible for the excellent HD remastered releases of God of War Collection, The Ico and Shadow of the Colossus Collection in addition to Metal Gear Solid HD Collection.
