Turtle Beach has clarified some of the features in the upcoming Ear Force Elite 800X Premium Gaming Headset. The company first clarified that the product is completely wireless as, unlike other headsets, you don’t need to directly plug it to the official Xbox One Controller. Instead, you simply need to connect the transmitter to the console for it to function. You can check out the multiple Twitter messages clarifying the feature below:

For the uninformed, the Ear Force Elite 800X Premium Gaming Headset is capable of producing DTS 7.1 Surround Sound with multiple modes and presets. It also comes with dynamic chat boost with noise cancellation and microphone monitoring. Last but not least, the product includes a magnetic charging stand so that you can recharge the internal battery without the need of wires.
