Mark Julio has answered some more question in regards to the Mad Catz Street Fighter V Chun-Li Arcade Fight Stick Tournament Edition 2 (which is available fore preroder with this link) and other accessories being planned for the latest Street Fighter game.
The Community and Sponsorship Manager at Mad Catz first revealed that the Fighter V Chun-Li Arcade Fight Stick Tournament Edition 2 won’t have a headset port, explaining that it is not currently viable:
@SDJonV it won’t have it. No sticks out on the market currently have it. It’s not viable at this time, we apologize.

He also explained why the arcade sticks manufactured by his company has been increasing in price, citing the rising costs of licensing, labor and royalties:
Licensing. Royalties. Labor costs. A lot has changed since 2010. Unfortunately that lot directly affects the cost. https://t.co/b3PyzSoj0J — Mark Julio (マークマン) (@MarkMan23) October 28, 2015
With that said, Mad Catz does have a range of products, of various price and value, being planned for Street Fighter V (which should include the recently announced Fight Pad Pro and FightStick Alpha). These licensed accessories should be made available by the time for Street Fighter V is released:
We will have a range of products for SFV, that vary in price/value. We aren’t just doing a TE2. Stay tuned! https://t.co/TDnSxYr6dL

If you haven’t heard already, Capcom announced at Sony’s Paris Games Week press conference that Street Fighter V will be released on the 16th of February in the North American region. If you want a more suitable way to play the fighting game, then you might want to check out the Chun-Li Arcade Fight Stick Tournament Edition 2 and/or other accessories Mad Catz will be releasing for the sequel.
