More details for Mad Catz Street Fighter V Arcade FightStick TE2, FightStick Alpha and FightPad Pro

Mad Catz Street Fighter V FightStick AlphaMark Julio has revealed more details regarding three upcoming PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3 accessories. In a live stream interview with Twitch at PAX Prime 2015, Mad Catz’s Global Community and Sponsorship Manager first talked about the Chun Li Street Fighter V Arcade FightStick Tournament Edition 2, revealing that the top art panel is made of lenticular materials, so it give an illusion of movement.

The latest version of the TE2 will be coming out later this year. Mad Catz will be taking preorders starting sometime in September. If you are interested, you can check out the vanilla version of the same product on Amazon with this page. Furthermore, the company is also planning to bring back the first Tournament Edition fighting stick as well.

On the same stream, Mark Julio announced the Fight Pad Pro, which comes with a touch panel and, in a surprise to some, analog sticks. He explained that some players prefer using analogs as opposed to the directional pad. As a result, Mad Catz decided to include both in the upcoming pad.

Last but not least is the FightStick Alpha. Unlike the Tournament Edition 2, Mad Catz is using six face buttons instead of eight in order to cater more towards Street Fighter fans. It should also be priced cheaper as the product in being described as “entry level.”

The Mad Catz Street Fighter V Arcade FightStick TE2, FightStick Alpha and FightPad Pro should all be available in time for the Spring 2016 launch of the videogame.
