Mad Catz talks new Fight Pad for Street Fighter V, Tournament Edition 2 Type-N panel and more

Mark Julio has provide several updates on some future Mad Catz products. The Community and Sponsorship Manager first provided a look at the upcoming Type-N panel for the Arcade FightStick Tournament Edition 2. You can check it out below:

The standard Mad Catz Arcade FightStick Tournament Edition 2 is now available for the Xbox One and Xbox 360. On the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3 side, the Ultra Street fighter IV version of the arcade stick has already been released while the standard one is expected to arrive later this month. If you haven’t already, you can purchase TE2 for all aforementioned platforms with this page on Amazon.

Mark Julio also provided some information on a new FightPad product. He revealed that Mad Catz is planning to release a new iteration for the PlayStation 4 by the time Street Fighter V launches. After that, his company will focus on releasing the specialized fighting controller for other platforms:

Last but not least, the manager also confirmed that Mad Catz does not have the ability to patch in compatibility of PS3 FightPads for the PlayStation 4. It is ultimately up to game developers to do so:
