Batman: Arkham Knight – The Riddler’s Gambit book pushed back

Batman: Arkham Knight – The Riddler’s Gambit has been pushed back from its original release date. According to our previous report, the booked was schedule to come out on the 2nd of June. Amazon is now indicating that the product is being released later in the same month on the 23rd. If you are interested in The Riddler’s Gambit, you can preorder it with this page from the retailer’s website.

For the uninformed, the upcoming book serves as a prequel to the videogame. It takes place after the events of Arkham City with Riddler trying to fill in the villainous void left by Joker. Readers will follow both Batman and Robin as they teamed together to stop the criminal.

Arkham Knight is slated to be the last game from the saga. The development team at Rocksteady Studios promised that the sequel is going to provide an explosive end. Not to mention that its gameplay will be expanded with the addition of the Batmobilie as well as the ability to switch between different characters during combat.

Like The Riddler’s Gambit, the videogame was also slated to arrive on June 2nd. However, it too got delayed until the 23rd. So it looks like Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment may not want the book to come out before the videogame.
