The latest patch for WRC 5 added support for the Logitech G29 Driving Force Race Wheel. If you are interested, you can find the racing wheel set with this link on Amazon.
For the uninformed, the G29 is the first native PS4 wheel from Logitech. It has force feedback rumble in addition to up to 900 degrees of rotation.
The title update for the racing game also included full support, including fixes for the force feedback rumble features, for all the compatible Thrustmaster wheels: T80, T150, T300 RS and T500 RS. Last but not least, players can now use Fanatec steering wheels with the game as well.
For the uninformed, WRC 5 is the latest installment of the racing series. The new game, which came out in the North American region on the 24th of November, features 65 unique stages taking place in asphalt, dirt, mud and snow. Of course, it also includes drivesr, cars and courses from the World Rally Championship league.
Like many other games in the genre, WRC 5 is most immersive when played with a racing wheel set. So, if you haven’t done so already, you should check out the above-mentioned Logitech, Thrustmaster and Fanatec wheels with the latest patch update.
