In-game bonus revealed for Before The Fall: Final Fantasy XIV Original Soundtrack

The upcoming Before The Fall: Final Fantasy XIV Original Soundtrack will come with an in-game bonus for Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn. According to the listing from the Square Enix Store shopping website, first run copies of the product has a code to download “The Primogs” minion, which is a set of five musical companions. You can check out the in-game bonus, as well as the original soundtrack packaging, below this paragraph.For the uninformed, Before The Fall: Final Fantasy XIV Original Soundtrack comes with more than 60 tracks that total over four hours. The list includes “Through the Maelstrom” from the 2.2 patch, “Defenders of Eorzea” from the 2.3 patch, “Dreams of Ice” from the 2.4 patch and “Before the Fall” from the 2.5 patch. A bonus track will also feature the video from a performance that occurred at the Final Fantasy XIV Fan Festival in December of 2014.

Although the soundtrack is only available in the Blu-ray music disc format, Square Enix will also be adding zip files of all the songs in MP3. These files can be extracted from the PS4, PS3 and PC with Blu-ray drives. Before The Fall: Final Fantasy XIV Original Soundtrack is expected to come out sometime in August for the North American region.
