The Big Bad Toy Store shopping website has put up a listing for the Batman Arkham Knight Batmobile figure from Batman Automobilia, providing a first look at the product in addition to some details. You can check out a picture of the model below this paragraph. The Batmobile figure is based on the vehicle from the upcoming videogame. For the uninformed, RockSteady Studios revealed that players will be able to drive Batman’s car around the open-world setting of Gotham City. Because adding the car took up a lot of hardware resources, the sequel is only coming out for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One current-gen consoles in addition to the PC platform.
The figure replicates the visual style and gadgetry from the vehicle in the game. It also comes with a new 3D lenticular along with a 12-page magazine. The Batmobile figure from Batman Automobilia is expected to come out later this September.
The Batman Arkham Knight videogame is coming out earlier as it currently has a listed release date set for the 23rd of June in North America. In addition to the standalone software release, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment partnered with Sony to launch two PlayStation 4 system bundles that are coming out on the same day as the game. You can preorder the sequel on Amazon here.
