Thanks to a listing from the Xbox Store, the download size for the Xbox One version of Mortal Kombat X has been revealed. The fighting game is going to take up 34.04 GB from the hard disk drive of Microsoft’s current-gen console. If you are worried about exceeding your bandwidth limit by downloading the digital release, you can opt to purchase the physical disc version from Amazon with this page.
While Xbox One comes with a 500 GB HDD, it can fill up quickly as all physical releases require mandatory installations. Although you cannot replace the internal hard drive, you can use an external one to increase the disc capacity. Collective Minds also has a 2.5-Inch Hard Drive Enclosure, which you can check out on Amazon via this link, if you want to connect an internal 2.5 HDD to the Xbox One.
Mortal Kombat X is set a quarter of a century after the last installment. Along with the much older versions of returning veterans, there will also be several new characters added to the roster. Along with the Xbox One, the game is also releasing for the PS4 and PC on the 14th of April. The last-gen iteration was delayed until later this summer for the Xbox 360 and PS3.
