Marcus Stephenson has clarified a new rumor surrounding the release date of the various DLC being planned for WWE 2K15. On Twitter, the 2K community manager released a statement saying that the rumored April launch for all the packs was false:
The rumors of “April” for the launch of our DLC are false. Please help spread the word. We have multiple releases this year. #WWE2K15

He went on to explain that his company does not want to give out any tentative release dates in case something ended up slipping:
@TheQuantrix usually need something to announce (dates in this case) in order for us to do so. No chance we’re giving tentative dates (1/2)

@TheQuantrix God forbid they slip for whatever reason… 🙂 (2/2)

Mr. Stephenson then clarified what he meant when he said “this year” regarding the DLC releases:
@theonerayman When I say “year,” I mean the year between WWE 2K15 and WWE 2K16

Last but not least, he also hinted that the packs may not be coming out at the same time on the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3 as opposed to the Xbox One and Xbox 360 due to the different store update schedules of Sony and Microsoft:
@GhostPlayHQ DLC releases are up to MS and Sony based on their different store update schedules.
