The file size has been revealed for the PlayStation 4 version of Battleborn. According to the listing from the PlayStation Store shopping website, the first-person shooting multiplayer online battle arena game will take up 14.8 GB of free space on the hard disk drive of the PS4. When viewed directly from the PlayStation 4, the same page showed a slightly higher requirement of 15.9 GB.
Of course, the game is also available in disc format along with being a digital release. If you are interested, you can purchase the physical version of Battleborn with this link on Amazon.
The upcoming title is a new intellectual property from Gearbox Software, the studio behind the development of the Borderlands. Along with the multiplayer elements, Battleborn also includes a full campaign. It will be coming out for the PlayStation 4, as well as the Xbox One and PC platforms, on the 3rd of May in the North American region.
If you haven’t heard already, you can’t use an external hard drive to add more storage for the PlayStation 4. Instead, you have to replace the internal one with another that has a bigger capacity. If you are interested, we recommend picking up the OWC DIY 2.0TB Drive Upgrade Bundle (you can check it out with this page) to get everything you need to do so.
