The pricing has been revealed for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3 versions of the upcoming Guilty Gear Xrd Revelator. According to Amazon, the fighting game will be priced higher on the current-gen console. You can check out the price tag for the software product, and preorder if you are interested, with the following links: PS4 version and PS3 version.
As you can see, the PlayStation 4 release will be treated as a full-priced game even though Revelator is an updated version of Guilty Gear Xrd Sign. The new iteration features all characters, including those that were made available via post-launch DLC, from the original version along with new fighters (such as Dizzy, Jack-O, Jam Kuradoberi and Johnny Sfondi). In total, the roster has been expanded to over 20 participants.
The other features include cross-platform play between the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3 games in addition to a newbie-friendly feature where beginners to activate powerful combination attacks with just a push of the button.
Guilty Gear Xrd Revelator is expected to come out next spring season in the North American region. Amazon has a placeholder date set on the 31st of May. If you don’t mind the somewhat high price tag for the updated version, you should definitely check out the updated version of Guilty Gear Xrd Sign if you are a huge fan of fighters.
