Razer Wildcat Xbox One Controller gets updated release date

Razer Wildcat Xbox One ControllerAmazon has put up a listing for the Wildcat Xbox One Controller, revealing an updated release date. The game pad is now slated to arrive in the North American region on the 23rd of November. If you are interested, you can preorder the Razer accessory with this link.

For the uninformed, the Wildcat Xbox One Controller adds four additional buttons with two should bumpers and two underside triggers that can be removed. These extra buttons can be remapped, by using the control, to any other buttons. You can check out the full configuration details from the product description below:

Designed to be a cut above the rest, the Razer Wildcat has four additional buttons – two bumpers at the shoulders and two removable triggers on the underside. Positioned right at your fingertips, these Multi-Function Buttons can be individually set to remap any of the other controls found on the controller. With the ability to freestyle the configuration of your controller, you get to decide exactly how you pawn the competition.

The other notable feature is that the pad is designed with an ergonomic shape and weight so that you can feel comfortable during longer play sessions.

Microsoft recently released the Xbox One Elite Wireless Controller, which also allows you to customize the controls. With that said, the first-party gamepad has been hard to find as it sold out quickly. If you are looking for an alternative, you might want to check out the Razer Wildcat Xbox One Controller when it launches on Nov. 23.
