The download size has been revealed by the PlayStation Store for the PlayStation 4 version of Godzilla. The action game is expected to take up just 7.6 GB of free space on the hard disk drive. The digital release of Godzilla comes with a dynamic theme in addition to early access to unlocking the Hollywood 2014 version of Godzilla.
Of course, Bandai Namco is also planning a physical release for Godzilla. If you are worried about bandwidth when it comes to downloading the digital version, you can preorder the disc copy of the same game with this link from Amazon.
Although the Godzilla game is also coming to the PlayStation 3, it does not have the same amount of monsters and multiplayer mode found in the enhanced PS4 version. So, if you want the complete experience, you should purchase the software product on Sony’s current-gen console.
While the PlayStation 4 launched with a 500 GB HDD, Sony will be rolling out units with 1 TB of hard drive installed in select regions in the near future. With that said, the internal storage can easily be replaced with compatible drives if you are in need of faster speeds and/or more free space for games and other content.
