Vita-exclusive, Superbeat: Xonic, gets release date

Superbeat-XonicThe release date has been listed by Amazon for the physical version of Superbeat: Xonic. The PlayStation Vita exclusive is expected to come out on the 20th of October. If you are interested, you can preorder the spiritual successor to DJ Max with this link from the online retailer.

In the upcoming game, players can play between three difficulties levels: 4TRAX (easy), 6TRAX (normal) and 6TRAX FX (hard). They will be able to check their rankings for both their local territories in addition to worldwide. Of course, there are over 50 songs to play through, including some original tracks from BEATCRAFT.

In North America, Superbeat: Xonic will be published by PM Studios while Rising Star Games will be bringing the game to the European region. If you are a fan of the DJ Max series, or music rhythms games in general, you should check out the upcoming new intellectual property.

The PlayStation Vita seems to have a solid lineup for the rest of this year. In addition to Superbeat: Xonic, the handheld will be getting the following exclusives before the end of 2015: Code: Realize Guardian of Rebirth, Corpse Party: Blood Drive, Danganronpa Another Episode: Ultra Despair Girls, Earth Defense Force 2: Invaders from Planet Space, Dungeon Travelers 2: The Royal Library & the Monster Seal, Norn9: Var Commons and Persona 4: Dancing All Night.
