Amazon has updated the product page for the upcoming Logitech G29 Driving Force Race Wheel, revealing some new details. First off, the product will be compatible with the Logitech G Driving Force Shifter on the PlayStation 4. The same add-on accessory can’t be used on the PC and PlayStation 3. You can check out a few photos of the shifter, which is available for purchase with this link from the online retailer, with the media gallery below this paragraph.
The Logitech G Driving Force Shifter uses a push-down reverse, “H” pattern gear box for gamers to realistically switch between six speed options in supported games. The add-on is also advertised as built to last with solid steel parts and hand-stitched leather.
The listing for the wheel also mentioned the system requirements for using the racing wheel on the PC. The product supports Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 8.1. It also requires 150 MB of free space on the hard disk drive.
The Logitech G29 Driving Force Race Wheel has a listed release date set for the 15th of July in the North American region. If you are interested, the PS4, PS3 and PC wheel set is available for preorder with this link on Amazon.
