HyperX Cloud II Gaming Headset firmware update adds PS4 compatibility to USB sound card

A new firmware has been released for the HyperX Cloud II Gaming Headset. The new update enables PlayStation 4 compatibility with the USB sound card. Previously only fully compatible with the PC, the dongle is used for 7.1 Virtual Surround Sound in addition to adjusting the audio and volume levels.

You can download the HyperX Cloud II Gaming Headset firmware update on the official HyperX website with this link. To update, you first have to detach the USB sound card from the headset and then plug the dongle into a PC that has the Windows 10, 8.1, 8 or 7 operating systems.
