Nintendo released some glamour shots of the next Amiibo releases. The company is planning to launch the Super Mario Bros. line to coincide with the release of Mario Party 10, which is coming out on the 20th of March. Toad is the only new character in the set while the others (Bowser, Luigi, Mario, Peach and Yoshi) get new poses. You can check out the new line of figures below this paragraph.
Also during the spring timeframe, Nintendo is planning to launch the fourth wave from the Super Smash Bros. line. The new figurines from the set include Charizard, Lucina, Ness, Pac Man, Robin and Wario. Take a look at the glamour shots for each below.
Based on previous releases, Nintendo usually release more units of some figures when compared to others. So you may want to keep an eye of some Amiibos like Lucina, Ness and Robin as these characters originated from niche franchises. As always, you can buy any current and future Amiibo figures with this page on Amazon.
In other related news, a new patch is coming to Super Smash Bros. for 3DS to enable support for Amiibos. Of course, you will need to play the game on the New Nintendo 3DS system in order to use the figures for the portable version.
