Future Press talks Bloodborne Collector’s Edition Strategy Guide day one patch coverage and delay

A new update was posted on Amazon’s listing for the upcoming Bloodborne Collector’s Edition Strategy Guide, which you can preorder right now with this page. Let’s get the bad news out of the way first as Future Press confirmed that official guide is no longer coming out on the same day as the launch of the videogame. Instead, the release date for the book has been delayed until the 14th of April.

The publisher is using the extra time in order to add the important changes that are being applied to Bloodborne’s day one patch. The expanded coverage will include up-to-date information as well as online features. As a result, the page count has been increased from 400 to 528 pages.

If you haven’t read our previous stories, the Bloodborne Collector’s Edition Strategy Guide comes with several extras along with helping players get through the game. It also has sections dedicated to art work, a lore index as well as an exclusive interview with Hidetaka Miyazaki. The product comes with an exclusive Hunter’s Mark dynamic theme too.

The Bloodborne videogame is going to come out in the United States on March 24. From Software, developer of Dark Souls and Demon’s Souls, worked together with SCE Japan Studio for the development of the new title, which is exclusive to the PlayStation 4.
