European box art revealed for Resident Evil Origins Collection

The European box are has been revealed by Amazon.de for the upcoming Resident Evil Origins Collection. You can check out the cover, as well as compare it to the North American version, with our media gallery below this paragraph.

As you can see above, the European cover focuses on the iconic train and mansion settings. The red stripe in the middle also shows off the creepy faces of the zombie enemies.

For the uninitiated, Resident Evil Origins Collection includes the HD remastered releases of Resident Evil (which is the 2002 Gamecube remake version) and Resident Evil 0. Both titles now run at a native resolution of 1080p with widescreen support. The audio has been enhanced as well as it can now be outputted at 5.1 Surround Sound.

The compilation will be released in Europe on the 22nd of January in 2016, three days after the U.S. launch. American gamers can preorder the physical disc copy of the collection with this link from Amazon.com.

2016 is going to be a busy year for the survival horror franchise. In addition to the Resident Evil Origins Collection, Capcom will also release the standalone version of Resident Evil 0 in addition to Umbrella Crops. Not to mention that the recently-announced Resident Evil 2 remake could appear as well.
