The download sizes have been revealed for several new digital releases for the Nintendo Switch. Perhaps the biggest of the new titles is Stardew Valley. The role-playing game and simulation hybrid game, which was developed by ConcernedApe and published by Chucklefish, has a file size of 913 MB.
Also now available is Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime. The cooperative spaceship operating game, which was developed and published by Asteroid Base, requires 382 MB.
Another notable digital release for the Nintendo Switch is Oxenfree. The adventure title, developed and published by Night School Studio, will take up 2 GB of free space. You can check out the download sizes for the other new Nintendo Switch digital releases on the eShop below:
- ACA NeoGeo Metal Slug X – 108 MB
- Earth Atlantis – 562 MB
- Tumblestone – 862 MB
- Volgarr the Viking – 145 MB
The Nintendo Switch only comes with 32 GB of built-in flash memory for storage. The amount of free space will quickly dwindle due to digital games (such as the aforementioned Oxenfree), DLC packs and patch updates. If you are looking to expand the storage of the system, then we recommend getting a supported Micro SD Card such as the SanDisk Ultra 128GB microSDXC UHS-I Card (which you can check out on Amazon with this link).
