Amazon has put up product pages for the official Gears of War 4 strategy guide, revealing the first details. If you are interested, you can preorder either of the two versions with the following links from the shopping website: Gears of War 4: Prima Official Guide and Gears of War 4: Prima Collector’s Edition Guide. You can check out the cover of the standard edition guide, which is temporary, with the image right below this paragraph.
The guides are designed to provide a complete walkthrough of the third-person shooter, including cooperative play. Of course, the multiplayer will also be covered as the book will include expert tips and strategies. Detailed maps will help players find every collectible as well as locate all the objectives. Last but not least, the guides also come with artwork and background content.
In addition to the physical book, each of the product also comes with a digital eGuide for use with second screen devices such as a smart phone or tablet.
Exclusive to the Gears of War 4: Prima Collector’s Edition Guide is a premium hardcover. Other bonus content will be announced in the future as well.
The two versions of the guide should be released at the same time as the videogame, which is slated to launch for the Xbox One later this year.
