Mark Julio has provided several updates, via multiple Twitter messages, regarding Tekken 7 as well as the latest version of the Tournament Edition 2 Fight Stick for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3. He first confirmed that those who are looking to play latest Tekken game at EVO 2015 via a gamepad can only use the DaulShock 4 as the DualShock 2 and DualShock 3 won’t be compatible even with a converter. A full list of supported controllers should be revealed in the near future. You can find his statements below:
Just a heads up for TEKKEN pad players at EVO 2015. DS3 & DS2 with converters will NOT work with TEKKEN 7. You’ll need a DS4. Plan now!

Mad Catz has already released another Ultra Street Fighter IV TE2 FightStick in addition to a regular TE2 FightStick. If you are interested, you can preorder the latter with this link on Amazon.
The above-mentioned Tekken 7 has only been announced for arcades so far. With that said, it is highly likely that the fighting game will be released on home consoles in the future as well.
