It looks like The Art of Metal Gear Solid V will be getting a limited edition release along with a standard one. Amazon has listed the upcoming product, which is available for preorder with this link.
The Art of Metal Gear Solid V Limited Edition comes with more pages (224) when compared to the regular version (184). Unfortunately, the listing didn’t revealed what extra contents will be included.
The limited edition is being published by Dark Horse Books with an ISBN-10 of 1506702678 and ISBN-13 of 978-1506702674. It is expected to be made available on the 29th of November, two weeks after the release of the standard edition.
Metal Gear Solid V was split into two releases. The first of which, Ground Zeroes, came out on March 18, 2014. The main game, The Phantom Pain, was released on September 1, 2015. The sequel ended being quite controversial as Konami decided to disband the development team at Kojima Productions after it was completed. Furthermore, the true ending of the game was never completed (instead, a video showing off the incomplete assets for the final mission were released).
With that said, Kojima Productions was recently reformed as an independent company. In a partnership with Sony Interactive Entertainment, the studio is currently working on Death Stranding.
