Sony has updated the Headset Companion App with a new custom audio profile for the newly available PlayStation 4 game, Ratchet and Clank. The new game-specific setting will be added automatically after you launched the application with your PS4 is connected online.
For the uninformed, the Headset Companion App is free to download on the PlayStation Store. The program allows you to customize the audio settings of the official PlayStation headsets with custom modes for specific games, genres and more.

The PlayStation 4 exclusive is a re-imagining of the series. Along with a visual facelift, Insomniac Games (the same studio that worked on the previous installments) implemented some of the weapons and refinements from the more recent Ratchet titles. Early reviews have been extremely positive on the platformer so far.
Ratchet and Clank came out on the 12th of April in the North American region. The movie tie-in is expected to hit theaters on the 29th of April.
