Megadimension Neptunia VII gets updated release date and U.S. box art

Amazon has updated the product page for Megadimension Neptunia VII, revealing an updated release date in addition to what appears to the U.S. box art. According to a listing update from the aforementioned online retailer, the software product is now scheduled to arrive a week later on the 2nd of February.

Megadimension Neptunia VII has three different story modes in addition to a new Spelunker-like mini-game. The gameplay will also see some changes as characters can now team up to perform Parts Brake attacks, splitting the enemies in multiple pieces to lower their stats and disable the opposition’s special attacks.

2016 is shaping up to be a big year for JRPG fans on the PlayStation 4. In addition to Megadimension Neptunia VII, next year will also see the release of Final Fantasy XV, Persona 5, Star Ocean: Integrity and Faithlessness, World of Final Fantasy along with the possible launches of Dragon Quest XI and Kingdom Hearts 3.
