Super Street Fighter Volume 2: Hyper Fighting is set after the events of Super Street Fighter Volume 1: New Generation (which you can buy here if you haven’t done so already). It will star Alex, Dan and Guile in addition to having cameo appearances Akuma, Cammy, Juri, Poison, Rainbow Mika and more fighters from the popular gaming franchise.
Aside from teaming up with Udon Entertainment to release Super Street Fighter Volume 2: Hyper Fighting in the United States, Capcom is also working with Sony with the upcoming Street Fighter V videogame. While the sequel is only coming to the PlayStation 4 and PC, gamers on both platforms will be able to play against each other. A multiplayer beta was recently announced for fans who preorder the game. Street Fighter V, which was officially announced at last year’s PlayStation Experience, is expected to launch during the spring season of next year for both systems.
