It looks like there will be some officially licensed apparel for Bloodborne that will be releasing soon in the United States. A Reddit user revealed that the company he worked for, Ripple Junction, was able to acquire the rights from Sony to release shirts based on the upcoming RPG (you can preorder the game right now with this link on Amazon if you are interested). You can check out some of the prototypes below this paragraph.
As you can see, none of the shirts contain any spoilers. This is because, as explained by the representative, Sony did not send Ripple Junction any assets regarding Bloodborne’s bosses and other spoiler-sensitive materials. You can provide feedback regarding the designs seen above via this Google Form.
For the uninitiated, Bloodborne is the latest game developed From Software, the same company that worked on Demon’s Souls, Dark Souls and Dark Souls 2. The upcoming spiritual successor retains some of the core elements (tough but fair difficulty and asynchronous online features) while adding some unique twists, such as a more offensively minded combat system.
Sony, the publisher and co-developer of the game, will be releasing Bloodborne on the 24th of March exclusively for the PlayStation 4. Hopefully, we won’t have to wait too long after the game’s launch to get some officially licensed shirts.
