The Art of Uncharted Trilogy gets preview images and additional details

The official Naughty Dog shop has updated their listing for The Art of Uncharted Trilogy, revealing several preview images of the upcoming product. Furthermore, the same page also confirmed two versions: a limited edition in addition to a standard release (you can preorder the regular version with this link on Amazon). You can check out the preview images, as well as the limited edition features (which has premium cover treatment with de-bossed front in addition to red gilded page edges), below this paragraph.

Amazon also updated their own listing to show a new cover, which mentioned that Erick Pangilinan will be writing a foreword for The Art of Uncharted Trilogy. For the uninformed, Mr. Pangilinan is the lead environment artist of Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune in addition to being the art director of Uncharted 2: Among Thieves and Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception. Check out the cover of the standard edition below this paragraph. Of course, Naughty Dog is also working on the next game in the series. Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End, which will only be released on the PlayStation 4, has several gameplay advancements (such as more combat and traversal abilities) to go along with the improved visuals. The sequel is slated for a 2015 release with many fans believing that it should arrive something during the holiday season (if not slightly before).
