The download size has been revealed for the PlayStation 4 version of The Long Dark. According to the product page of the PlayStation Store, when viewed directly on the PS4, the open-world first-person survival game will require 5.63 GB of free space on the hard drive of the system.
The Long Dark is being developed and published by Hinterland Studio. In the game, players have to survive the Canadian wilderness by maintaining body temperature, fatigue, hunger, thirst and more.
The Long Dark was first released for the PC platform as a Steam Early Access title on September 22, 2014. The survival game also came out for the Xbox One console via the Xbox One Game Preview Program the following year on June 15, 2015. The completed version will be released for the Playstation 4, Xbox One and PC on the 1st of August in the North American region.
