PS4 and Xbox One box arts revealed for Mortal Kombat XL

The box arts have been revealed by Amazon for the recently announced Mortal Kombat XL. If you are interested, you can preorder the new version of Mortal Kombat X with this link from the online retailer. As you can see above, the box art features Sub Zero as well as DLC characters from the fighting game. Mortal Kombat XL comes with the mainline game along with all the additional post-launch content. The extras include first Kombat Pack, which comes with the Samurai Skin Pack in addition to adding Jason Voorhees, Predator, Tanya and Tremor as playable characters.

Also included in the XL release is the upcoming Kombat Pack 2. In terms of skins, the DLC features the Apocalypse Skin Pack, Brazil Skin Pack, Kold War Skin Pack and Kold War Scorpion Skin. Goro, Bo’Rai Cho, Leatherface (from the The Texas Chainsaw Massacre movies) and Xenomorph (from the Alien films) are part of the pack as well.

Mortal Kombat XL is slated to launch in the North American region on the 1st of March for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles. The new version of the fighting game won’t be released for the PC.
