Sony Entertainment Network Store’s listing of The Order 1886 has been updated with info on the file size of the digital release. The PlayStation 4 exclusive is going to take up quite a bit of space on the HDD of the system as it requires 31.6 GB of free space (the PC front of the SEN Store also lists the same product at 29.4 GB). Of course, if you are worry about exceeding your bandwidth limit, you can buy the disc version with this link on Amazon.
For the uninformed, The Order 1886 comes from Ready at Dawn, the studio that developed Daxter, God of War: Ghost of Sparta, God of War: Chains of Olympus. So the PS4 exclusive is the first major console project from the company. The game is also getting some producing help from SCE Santa Monica Studio.
The new I.P. takes place in a steam punk Victorian setting. Along with the normal enemies, you will also have to fight werewolf-like monsters. The digital release is called The Order 1886 PlayStation Store Edition as it comes with the exclusive Airship Dynamic Theme, Official Game Soundtrack and The Knight’s Arsenal DLC pack (containing the Arsonist Rifle and Arc Rifle Prototype).
The Order 1886 is coming out on the 20th of February. It is the first big exclusive on the PlayStation 4 that is being released in 2015. The other notable exclusives are Rime, The Tomorrow Children, Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End and Until Dawn. So this year may end up being the best one yet on Sony’s current-gen console.
