Mark Julio has revealed more details in regards to modding the Street Fighter V Arcade FightStick Alpha and Street Fighter V Arcade FightStick TE2+. Mad Catz’s Community and Sponsorship Manager first provided a look at what the Alpha stick looks like on the inside when modded with Sanwa parts:

He also confirmed that the Street Fighter V Arcade FightStick Alpha can be modded with a JLF joystick. At the same time, he revealed that the stick won’t be a compatible fit with the Seimitsu:
@_CMonster1221 @MadCatz @StreetFighter yes a JLF will fit, not a Seimitsu tho. The stock stick is 4mm higher than norm. JLF in is same tho.

Lastly, Mark Julio revealed that the Street Fighter V Arcade FightStick TE2+ comes with a plugin for use with the LED circuit board:
