More photos, release date and preorder discount for the Seagate Xbox One Game Drive

Amazon has put up the product page for the upcoming Seagate Xbox One Game Drive, revealing some new photos along with the release date. If you are interested, you can preorder the officially licensed external Xbox One HDD (which is currently 23 percent off) with this link from the shopping website. Check out the new photos of the game drive below this paragraph.

The Seagate Xbox One Game Drive is designed to fit into your pocket. It will add 2 TB of additional free space to the current-gen console, allowing you to store around 50 games at once (assuming that the average size for each game is between 35 GB to 50 GB). The product does not come with a power cable. Instead, it uses an USB cable for a simple plug-and-play setup.

As you can see from the photos from the media gallery above, the external HDD uses the green Xbox color. Along with the Xbox One, it can also be used for the Xbox 360.

According to the listing, the Xbox One Game Drive will be released in North America on the 10th of August. If you are looking to add more space to your console, you might want to take a look at the officially licensed external HDD from Seagate.
