More gameplay screenshots for the Vita-exclusive, Corpse Party: Blood Drive

More gameplay screenshots have been listed by Amazon for the upcoming Corpse Party: Blood Drive. You can preorder the Vita-exclusive sequel, if you are interested, using this link from the online retailer. Find the handful of new screens showing the game in action with the gallery below.

As you can see, Blood Drive marks a return to the third-person exploration segments found in the first Corpse Party videogame. The second installment of the series, Book of Shadows, relies on first-person to navigate Heavenly Host Elementary.

With that said, Corpse Party: Blood Drive is the first game in the series to use 3D polygons. The development team also added dynamic lighting system with the in-game flashlight. So, while the game is still a story-focused visual novel (for the uninformed, the sequel is expected to conclude the overarching plot of the trilogy), it seems like it will be more action-packed when compared to the first two installments of the series.

Xseed Games announced that they are planning to release Corpse Party: Blood Drive later this fall in North America. The above-mentioned listing from Amazon posted a launch date set for the 13th of October. Along with a digital release, the publisher will also be selling a physical limited edition called the Everafter Edition.
