Mild suggestive themes and more detailed for Dragon Quest Builders

The ESRB has revealed its rating summary for the upcoming Dragon Quest Builders. The action role-playing game ended up with a E 10+ rating due to alcohol reference, fantasy violence, mild blood, mild language and mild suggestive themes. You can check out the full rating description for the Dragon Quest spin-off title below:

This is an action role-playing game in which players assume the role of a hero who must rebuild the world using the power of creation. Players traverse environments, gather and combine raw materials, build structures, and engage in combat against attacking monsters (e.g., skeletons, golems, dragons). Players use swords, hammers, and bombs to defeat enemies; most attacks cause enemies to burst/fall apart on the battlefield before disappearing. One enemy creature (“bloody hand”) is depicted as a hand covered in red slime.

The game also contains some suggestive text/dialogue (e.g., “Scandalous Swimsuit: Racy red swimwear for those who like to show some skin” and “When night falls, do the two of you retire to the same room to spend some special time together.”). During the course of the game, players can acquire or craft a “beer barrel” item. The words “damn” and “hell” appear in text/dialogue.

Dragon Quest Builders will be released on the 11th of October in the North American region. You can preorder the physical PS4 version, if you are interested, with this link on Amazon.
