You can find the full rating description for the Final Remix version of The World Ends With You below:

This is an action role-playing game in which assume the role of a dead teenager (Neku) who partners with other characters to win a second chance at life. Players explore a parallel dimension in Tokyo and use magic to battle other dead souls and creatures (e.g., dragons, giant bears, mammoths). Battles usually begin when players run into an enemy icon on the field map; battles are frenetic with impact sounds, cries of pain, and colorful light effects.

Dialogue contains some suggestive material (e.g., “I’m not taking my pants off in front of you—” and “What, are you going commando?”). The words “a*s,” “b*tch,” and “bastard” appear in the game.
