The Entertainment Software Rating Board has revealed its rating summary for the upcoming Paper Mario Color Splash. The Nintendo Wii U exclusive ended up with an Everyone rating due to mild cartoon violence. You can find the full rating summary below:

This is an action role-playing game in which players help Mario and his friends save an island being stripped of its color by a band of invaders. Players run and jump through colorful environments, interact with characters, and engage in turn-based battles against fantasy creatures in paper form. Players select battle cards to stomp on enemies, throw fireballs, and whack them with mallets; enemies generally disappear amid stars and splashes of colorful paint.

Color Splash is the latest installment of the Paper Mario franchise and the first to appeared on a Nintendo console since Super Paper Mario on the Nintendo Wii. By using the paint hammer, players are tasked with restoring the color to Prism Island. In combat, players use battle cards, which can be modified with paint, to fight enemies.

Nintendo will be releasing Color Splash exclusively for the Nintendo Wii U console on the 7th of October in the North American region. If you are interested, you can preorder the latest Paper Mario game with this link on Amazon.
