Mark Julio has confirmed a new version of the Mad Catz Arcade FightStick Tournament Edition S+. The community and sponsorship manager first explained that the company decided to bring back the original in order to cater to the fighting game community. He then revealed that the product will be released on the Xbox 360 first before launching on other home consoles. You can check out his comments, along with a few photos, from Twitter below.

When asked about pricing, Mark Julio revealed that the Mad Catz Arcade FightStick Tournament Edition S+ is cheaper when compared to the Mad Catz Arcade FightStick Tournament Edition 2 (you can check out the current price tag for the second iteration with this link on Amazon). The TES+ should end up costing the same amount as the original TES fighting sticks:
@The18thKing of course! They’ll be priced around the same as the original TE S FightSticks.

Last but not least, he also revealed that there won’t be any new arcade stick in development for the Wii and Wii U as the company does not see any games that warrants a new iteration:
@KHantaaaa we made an arcade stick for both the Wii and Wii U in the past. At this time there is almost nothing that warrants new stuff 🙁
