Mad Catz has addressed several questions in regards to the upcoming plans for their products. The company first revealed that preorders have sold out for the initial batch of the Mad Catz Arcade FightStick Tournament Edition 2. With that said, more will be available for order. Mad Catz also confirmed that they will be announcing the ordering info on the Street Fighter V Arcade FightStick Tournament Edition 2 in the near future:

It is possible that the announcement could be made at E3 2015 or an upcoming fighting tournament as Mark Julio, Community and Sponsorship Manager, revealed that his company’s plans have gone into full swings for several furture events:

Street Fighter V Arcade FightStick Tournament Edition 2 should be released at around the same time as the videogame. The fifth main installment of the fighting series is expected to come out next year for the PlayStation 4 as well as the PC. Players on both platforms will be able to fight against each other thanks to the cross-platform play feature. The only characters confirmed so far are Chun-Li, Charlie Nash, M. Bison and Ryu.
