Amazon has updated the product page for the Xbox One Fighting Commander, revealing some additional images. You can check out the photos, and preorder the officially licensed controller if you are interested, with this link from the shopping website.
For the uninformed, the product is designed specifically for 2D fighting games (although it should also work well with other 2D games). It features a quality directional pad, six-button layout with larger face buttons, short stroke LT and RT triggers in addition to an ergonomic shape for comfort. Its functions include being able to change the D-Pad to emulate either a left or right analog stick.
The Xbox One Fighting Commander is being manufactured by Hori and has been officially licensed by Microsoft. In addition to the Xbox One, the product is also compatible with the Xbox 360 and PC (via X-Input). It also has a 10-foot long cable, which should give you plenty of space to sit away from your television set if you desire to do so.
The Hori Xbox One Fighting Commander is expected to come out sometime later this year in the North American region. So if you play a lot of fighters on the Xbox One, you might want to check out the new pad.
