Future Press has clarified a few details regarding the official Bloodborne strategy guide. The company first explained why a code for the digital version wasn’t included in the European release of the Bloodborne Collector’s Edition Strategy Guide. They revealed that the “Docs for PlayStation” service has not yet been made available in Europe. Once it goes live, however, owners of the European version of the physical book will be able to get a new code for the digital version by using the voucher for the dynamic theme:
@scoobyvillain Ok, the digital guide is part of “Docs for PlayStation”, which is a service by Sony not available in Europe yet.

@scoobyvillain Once the service is available in Europe, you’ll get a new redeem code by us when submitting your dynamic theme code, yes.

Future Press also confirmed plans to release the digital version for iBooks although they are unsure if the same product will be available for Kindle due to layout restrictions:
@thibaultg4u Haven’t decided this yet. In addition to the Docs for PS version, we’ll probably also release an iBooks version (coming soon).
— Future Press (@FuturePress) April 23, 2015
@ameyp Not sure about Kindle due to layout restrictions, but probably through the iBook Store.

Last but not least, the company revealed that the art found in the strategy guide is mostly the same ones found in the art book from the Collector’s Edition of the game:
@wolferfly For the most part, yes. We do show very cool images of all enemies and NPCs like this one, though. pic.twitter.com/vx8BkwPwtL

@wolferfly In order words, we wouldn’t recommend buying it if you are ONLY looking after art. Unless, of course, you are a fan of Bloodborne

The Bloodborne Collector’s Edition Strategy Guide was released nearly a month after the launch of the videogame. The delay was due to Future Press wanting more time to flesh out some of the content that were added to the day-one patch. If you are interested, you can purchase the physical version, which also comes with an exclusive dynamic theme and interview with Hidetaka Miyazaki for the PS4, with this page on Amazon.
