When it was first released, Final Fantasy Type-0 used two UMDs on the PSP, a first for the handheld system. With the HD remastered version, Square Enix increased the resolution to 1080p while adding in new assets and lighting. The new additions meant that the file size for the game has been increased exponentially as well.
The Xbox One does come with a pre-installed 500 GB HDD. So Type-0 HD won’t take up too much room. Not to mention that you can always use a compatible external hard drive if you need for space.
Final Fantasy Type-0 HD is releasing on the 17th of March. In addition to the Xbox One, the JRPG is also being launched on the PlayStation 4 at the same time. A playable Final Fantasy XV demo is also included for collector’s edition and first print purchasers.
