The file size has been listed for the PlayStation 4 version of the upcoming Ascendance DLC in Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare. The PlayStation Store mentioned that the expansion is going to take up 4.8 GB of free space on the hard disk drive of the PS4.
To compare, the first DLC pack, Havoc, requires 6.7 GB. If you are interested in the two expansions, as well as other upcoming downloadable content, you can purchase the season pass on Amazon with this page.
With the base game requiring 49.6 GB of free space, Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare and its DLC packs will easily take up a big chunk out of the PS4 HDD. Fortunately, Sony made it easy for gamers to swap the default hard disk drive of the system with another one.
Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare came out on the 4th of November in 2014. Due to a deal between Activision and Microsoft, downloadable content are released on the Xbox One and Xbox 360 consoles one month before anywhere else. As a result, Havoc was made available for the Xbox platforms first on January 27 before launching for the PS4, PS3 and PC on Febraury26.
The Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare Ascendance DLC came out for the Xbox One and Xbox 360 on March 31. The same pack will be arriving for the PS4, PS3 and PC on April 30.
